The Rotunda was originally built in 1926 and the adjacent office tower was beautifully constructed in 1987. Harboring Mediterranean-style architecture, this building maintains high quality finishes, marble staircases, and a wonderfully restored main floor Rotunda. As one of the first buildings built and put to use in the wondrous Coral Gables, the BAC Colonnade offers a rich history within its walls but all the advanced technology and systems a new-age office would ever need.
